MICKY + DEANDRA
There is nothing I love more than getting to create art with my humans, for this styled shoot I got the honor to shoot with Micky and Deandra out in the middle of the New Mexico desert. I had been talking to a friend about how I wanted to create art empowering my black brides, after sharing that with her she highly suggested that we create art specifically for June 19th. Unfortunately, I had no idea what she was talking about. After she shared with me the importance of the holiday, I knew there were so many people like me who had no idea. This shoot is dear to my heart due to everything happening in our country. I stand with the black community and truly believe that their lives matter. As a business, I want to love people well and believe we must change!
